Art In…draws on over two decades of experience in the luxury and arts sectors. The founders’ backgrounds is from media, pr, marketing, sales, brand partnership and events.
Servanne is a French media professional with 20 years experience in magazines, digital publishing, news agency and events planning.
Prior to founding Art In… for an independent media and events company that specialised in the luxury and family office sectors. As the Editorial Director she oversaw the editorial and creative content of four quarterly publications. During that time she worked extensively with artists and galleries worldwide to promote their work in her magazines and through the company’s events. As a result she has established a deep network of contacts across a number of industries.
Three years ago, Servanne also founded the art magazine Art Views, which was distributed at Frieze Art Fair and Asia Contemporary Art. The magazine has been renamed to Art In… Mag, and is now the in-house magazine of the agency. She has edited and published articles from notable art industry professionals, as well as interviews with collectors, gallery owners and artists.
A polyglot, Servanne speaks three languages fluently: English, French and Dutch and can converse in German and is currntly learning Italian.
John has over 20 years experience in public relations, marketing, brand development, partnerships, sponsorship and events.
John has worked with airlines (including 9 years as PR Manager for Singapore Airlines) private jet, luxury trains, cruises and also works extensively in the yachting sector. He has worked with many of the world’s major luxury hotel groups including the Four Seasons, Fairmont, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La. John has worked on brand partnerships, PR/marketing and events with luxury retail brands including Bvulgari, Ferragamo, LVMH and Givenchy.
He has many years experience in the arts/culture sectors including working on a series of art exhibitions with Asia House, London and developing brand partnerships, marketing/PR for numerous art exhibitions worldwide. He worked on the Australian Film Festival in London and has looked after numerous premieres at the Royal Opera House and Barbican (London) with Ballet Black.
Since founding his own company JCA Limited in 2011 John has worked on PR, marketing brand strategy/business development and brand partnerships for a diverse range of clients in a variety of sectors.
